The company states that their services are available in more than 150 countries and include includes searching availability at major car rental brands that are well trusted and recognizable, such as Enterprise, Dollar, Budget, Hertz, and others.
Like any other car rental website, customers can visit their website and submit the date, time, and location they need their rental car to be available, and the website will tell you what cars are available that fit your needs.
Using this website’s search feature is completely free for their visitors. Car rental prices are determined by the date and length of time you are hoping to rent the car, as well as the type and size of vehicle you choose to rent.

They do currently have a mobile application which is available for users of Android and Apple mobile devices.
Refund Policy
EconomyBookings.com does not really address a Refund Policy, though they do have extensive details regarding their Cancellation Policy.
To cancel a reservation, you must write to them at [email protected]; phone cancellations will not be accepted.
In addition, their Terms and Conditions offer a long list of instructions for how they will determine whether or not to charge you a cancellation fee, and if so, how much.
This is determined based on the specific arrangements you have made, and the amount of time in advance of your reservation you have canceled the reservation.

What are the requirements for a driving license?
A driving license must be presented at pick-up. The car won’t be provided to you if your license has expired or is provisional. When you rent a car abroad, in some countries you will need an International Driving Permit (often called International Driving License). Please note that International Driving License is only valid when used in conjunction with your valid national driving license. Please check your voucher to see if you need one or not.
What is included in the total price?
- Total price includes price for a car and local taxes and fees.
- Please note that the per day rate does not include taxes and fees.
- Additional equipment as child seats, additional driver, ski rack, GPS etc are not included in the prepaid rate.
Additional extras are on request and payable locally to the agent when the vehicle is collected. Any charges payable locally may be subject to local VAT/Sales Tax. EconomyBookings will pass on all requests to the supplier in advance of your arrival, but unfortunately cannot guarantee the availability of any extras.
What do I need to rent a car?
To rent a car you will need to provide a valid physical driving license (International Driving permit if renting abroad), ID card (passport if renting abroad), rental voucher (you receive it once the booking is completed).
You may make the payment online with a debit card, but at the rental counter you`ll be required to provide a physical credit card under the main driver’s name.

What payment methods does EconomyBookings.com accept?
You can make your booking on EconomyBookings.com with credit cards Visa, MasterCard or American Express. You will also need a credit card on the pick-up to leave a deposit.
What is an advanced payment/prepayment?
EconomyBookings.com requires full or partial prepayment depending on car rental company terms and conditions to guarantee car price and availability. For partial prepayment, the amount to be paid on arrival will be indicated on your confirmation voucher. You will be charged for this amount at the counter by the car rental company along with the cost of additional options if there are any. If the confirmation voucher indicates “zero” to be paid on arrival, it means that you have paid for your car rental in full in advance and at the counter you will only need to produce your papers and credit card to leave a deposit.
Will I have to pay for anything when I pick up my rental?
All information you will find in your confirmation email + visual It depends on the product selected on our website. Currently, we have two types of payment.
Types of payment:
Full Prepayment: you will pay the entire cost of the car rental online. When picking up the car, you will only have to leave a security deposit and pay for any optional equipment (GPS, child seats, additional driver, etc.).
Partial Prepayment: At the time of booking, you will be required to pay part of the total cost plus the cost of Full Coverage, if purchased. At the car rental desk, you will pay the remaining balance and leave a security deposit.
Why didn’t my transaction go through?
There are a number of reasons why your payment may have been declined.
Possible reasons:
- Credit card blocked by Bank or a customer – Credit card limit exceeded.
- Wrong Expiration date or CVV/CVC code
- Wrong card number/card type
- Insufficient funds
- 3D security verification

What is 3D Secure and how does it work?
EconomyBookings.com provides secure online payments through SD Secure protection. You will need to provide proof of identity and validate your transaction with a unique password or one-off PIN code sent to your phone via SMS, depending on your bank.
Please make sure that your card is activated for online payments.
How can I redo the payment if the first one was blocked?
Please update your payment details using a payment link you’ve received by email.
Why have I been overcharged by the car rental company?
We can only provide the invoice for the amount you paid us.
For the amount you paid to the rental company, please contact them directly.
What are the age requirements for renting a car?
Most suppliers rent cars to drivers aged between 21 and 70. Drivers under 25 and over 70 will be charged a young driver and senior driver fee respectively.
Why does the price increase when I amend my booking?
Please note that there is an amendment fee for changes that are made 24h after the booking was made. Furthermore any amendment such as amendment of pick-up or drop-off location, car group, rental period and driver’s personal details may affect rental price which may be different from what you paid initially. The rate is dynamic and we cannot guarantee the same when change is done.
