- are not subject to exchange, among others bathing suits and underwear (§10 section 1 of the Store Regulations), as well as goods with visible signs of use,
- if it happens that you receive an exceptionally defective product, you always have the option of a free replacement – details in the “Complaints” tab.

a) Customers who have an account in the store:
- can take advantage of the free and cashless exchange, provided that they were logged into their account when placing the order ,
- the product can be exchanged for a different size only once (while keeping the same model and color),
- a new product will be shipped after approval of the return by the Logistics Center,
- your order exchange reservation will be canceled after 7 days , so do not delay sending the package,
- you can exchange any number of products from a given order, while the entire process can be submitted only once,
- the exchange takes place without additional fees and refunds (on a non-cash basis).

b) Customers who do not have an account in the store:
- the exchange consists in returning the goods and then placing a new order,
- the product can be replaced at will, there is no limit to the model and color.
Important information:
The exchange of goods is free of charge for customers who were logged in to their account when placing the order:
- the exchange will be carried out by the courier company DPD ,
- the courier will collect the parcel from the address indicated,
- the courier comes with a printed sticker,
- you will be informed about the exact date of receipt by the DPD company (e-mail and SMS).
- Exchange of goods for customers who are not logged in or do not have an account in the store:
- takes place on the basis of returning the goods and placing a new order
Return form:
- it is necessary only in the absence of the original packaging (e.g. shoe box, foil for clothes, etc.),
- it can be printed from an e-mail confirming the shipment of your parcel or downloaded from the customer’s account,
- it should be put in the package.
- Additional remarks:
we will inform you by SMS and e-mail about the approval of the return of the goods and the shipment of the new product.
Return Policy:
- You have 14 calendar days to return the product
- products should be returned in their original packaging (e.g. shoe box, foil for clothes, etc.),
- the refund will be made within 14 calendar days,
- the refund will be made in the same way as we received the payment for the order (in the case of cash on delivery – to the account that was indicated),

it is available regardless of which company delivered the order, you pay only PLN 12.99 for a return package , you do not have to pay when sending a return! PLN 12.99 will be deducted from the amount returned to you.

you choose the courier from the returns panel, at the time of registration, you do not need to have a label, the courier comes with a printed sticker.
With the InPost parcel locker , at any time:
just register the return in the online panel and use the code received, you have 72 hours to send the parcel.
at post offices of Poczta Polska :
to do this, use the return label, which you download after online registration
with the printed label, go to the post office (do not stick it on the parcel, the Post Office employee will do it for you),
the label is valid for 7 days from the moment it is generated.
at regular carriers’ prices:
regardless of the company that delivered the order, you decide which company to use to send the refund, you will pay the standard rates on the market.
Remember: parcels sent COD (at the store’s expense) will not be collected!

is not required for returns made via the online form, the most important thing is to ship the products in their original packaging , eg shoe box, foil for clothes, etc. If you do not have the original packaging, please contact our Customer Service.

W celu złożenia zamówienia za pośrednictwem strony born2be.pl należy wybrać odpowiedni rozmiar produktu z dostępnych w tabeli, a następnie kliknąć “dodaj do koszyka”. W przypadku chęci dodania kolejnych produktów proszę postępować w ten sam sposób.
Po dodaniu produktu pojawi się okienko, które oferuje możliwość przejścia do koszyka lub kontynuowania zakupu. Aby przejść do realizacji zamówienia, należy wybrać ikonę koszyka znajdującą się w prawym górnym rogu strony. W każdym momencie można powrócić do finalizacji zamówienia, poprzez wybranie ikonki koszyka (prawy górny róg).

Jeżeli kod został już dodany lub go nie posiadamy, klikamy “przejdź do kasy”. Następnie należy uzupełnić dane do wysyłki na wyświetlonym formularzu (w przypadku posiadania konta w naszym serwisie, po zalogowaniu, dane zostaną wprowadzone automatycznie).

czas obsługi i dostarczenia paczki przez firmę kurierską, od momentu nadania, który wynosi 1 do 3 dni robocze w przypadku Poczty, i 1-2 dni robocze w przypadku DPD, UPS i Inpost(paczkomaty)
Czas realizacji zamówienia może uleć zmianie z przyczyn leżących po stronie dostawców lub w przypadku wyjątkowo dużej ilości zamówień (np. Black Friday, okres świąteczny, okresy specjalnych promocji, itp).
